The 20th Century Masters album is now released by Universal Music in Canada. The album features short sleeve notes by Dan Winkley and two photographs from the Seven album era. More information about this release in the next few days.

The early James track Folklore appears on cd on the North By North West compilation which celebrates the music of Manchester and Liverpool between 1976 and 1984. Make sure you buy the 3 disc version rather than the 2 disc as James feature on the bonus disc only.
Other artists featured are Buzzcocks, The Fall, Joy Division, Durutti Column, Blue Orchids, ACR, New Order, The Smiths, OMD, Echo And The Bunnymen, The Teardrop Explodes and Frankie Goes To Hollywood.

Universal International are releasing a 13 track “20th Century Masters” album on May 29 according to online store Sirendisc. Amazon UK and US are listing this as an import release on June 6. Tracklisting is How Was It For You?, Sit Down, Laid, Sometimes, Crash, Say Something, Born Of Frustration, I Know What I’m Here For, Lose Control, Come Home, She’s A Star, Just Like Fred Astaire and Tomorrow.
FOPP in the UK are also selling a low-price version of the Best Of as part of a series of reissues. This comes in a slipcase sleeve and doesn’t feature any of the booklet from the standard version.
