James release the career-spanning Nothing But Love – The Definitive Best Of. The compilation includes a 3cd format with 58 tracks, 5lp boxset with 52 and two 2lp formats with 21. They promote the release with a number of in-store signings, with some in-store performances cancelled because of band illness. They also appear on BBC Breakfast Show and Radio 2 as part of the promotional campaign. The album reaches number 6 in the UK chart.
Earlier in the month the band return to South and Central America for shows in Chile, Peru, Brazil and Mexico.
